Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your email box accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one email account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
